My training is in Core Process Psychotherapy. An integrative, mindfulness approach to psychodynamic therapy.

We often move through life at such a fast pace we don't take the time to notice what is going on for us. Psychotherapy works at depth to explore what has been helpful in the past, and to find ways of managing in the present. 


Psychotherapy can help us to become more aligned with our potential, our creativity and our own innate health and wellbeing.
