ABOUT ME
I’ve been supporting people with their emotional health for over ten years in various settings including charities and education settings. I’m a trained IAPT Practitioner and have delivered therapeutic interventions within counselling services.
I have experience working with anxiety, panic, depression, low self esteem, identity issues, trauma, relational issues, anger, loss and life transitions. I’m experienced in working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and with neurodiversity.
I attend regular supervision, I’m fully insured and abide by the UKCP code of ethics.
My interest in therapy began after completing my degree in psychology. I wanted to support people to understand what was going on for them on a deeper level. Having had therapy myself, I was drawn to the training and being able to support others in this way.
I have been practicing yoga, movement and mindfulness for a number of years, and have seen the positive effects on body and mind.
I’m interested in how therapy can help us to explore our inner world and move towards a place of calm, healing and wellbeing.
